How do I make a reservation? Online reservations are available for your convenience or you can call us at (901) 486-5219. If we are unable to personally answer your call please leave a brief message with the reservation date, the inflatable your interested in and a contact number. We will get back with you in a timely manner. You can also email us at email@example.com and leave the same information as requested for the phone message. We check our e-mail constantly throughout the day and we will reply ASAP.
What can I use to pay for my rental? We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
How far in advance should I make my reservation? Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Our inflatables are highly desirable and book quickly.
Do you require a down payment? Infusion Inflatables, Inc. requires a down payment of 20% minimum to reserve any bounce house or inflatable in stock. The down payment is only refundable if reservations are cancelled no less than 7 days before the day of the rental. When inclement weather conditions are prevalent it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their reservation no later than 3 hours before their event is scheduled for delivery. If the cancellation has not been made by the customer, Infusion Inflatables, Inc. will continue with the scheduled delivery. If the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to the rental location the customer loses their deposit and no rain check will be given.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
We proudly serve most customers in Northern Desoto County, Shelby County, Southern Tipton County, and East Crittenden County with no additional delivery fees. Additional delivery fees may be required if outside of our normal delivery locations.
Can I cancel my reservation? The lessee may cancel the reservation no latter than 7 days prior to their scheduled delivery to receive a full refund on their reservation. If a reservation is cancelled within the 7 days prior to the event a minimum of $25 will be charged to the Lessee's credit or debit card.
Can I cancel my rental due to the weather? We understand that sometimes weather could play a part in cancelling your order. All weather related cancellations will be determined the day of the agreed rental. At Infusion Inflatables, Inc., we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned in day and night to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area. In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rain checks. In the Memphis area rain may sometimes be occurring in one county but not the county right next to it, and it might only last briefly. For this reason Infusion Inflatables,Inc. DOES NOT CANCEL DUE TO CHANCES OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, this decision is left solely to the customer. We will not deliver if safety becomes a factor due to weather! Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions regarding our polices.
Are your inflatables safe? They are absolutely safe! Our inflatables are inspected by a licensed Tn. state inspector each year. We meet all Tennessee permit guidelines for our inflatable rides and we train our staff to setup your inflatable safely. Now it's up to you! Just follow the rules and operating instructions for your rental and keep the unit supervised by an adult 18 or older at all times.
Do you supply an attendant for the inflatables?
Prices do not include attendants. We can supply an attendant for any inflatable for an additional charge ($12.00 per hour).
Where can the inflatables be setup?
The best surface is a level surface such as concrete, asphalt and on grass. However, any flat surface will work. Concrete, grass, asphalt, parking lots, & gyms are most common. Let us know what type of surface you have for setup so we can be properly prepared. Our inflatables can not be set up on any obstructions that may cause harm to our customer or our inflatables.
What kind of power is needed?
Our Bouncers must be within 100 foot reach of a dedicated 110 volt working receptacle. Once the bouncer is completely inflated, it takes about as much electricity to run as a fan.
Do you provide a water hose with the rental of a water slide? No, the customer must provide enough hose length to reach the wet unit upon set up. Hoses must have all connectors to properly connect to the unit. Hoses can not be cut or have holes in them as this will cause issues in the operation of the soaker hose attached to the unit.
Can your inflatables be set up indoors? Yes, our dry units can be set up indoors in any facility as long as the facility has the required floor space and ceiling height to accommodate the inflatable.
What are my responsibilities as the Lessee of the Inflatables? As the lessee you are responsible for the safety of all individuals who use the inflatables. The lessee must make sure each individual that has access to the unit knows the rules and regulations as posted on the side of each unit before use. The lessee is also responsible for all leased equipment including but not limited to the inflatable(s), blower(s), tarp(s), stakes, sandbags, straps, ect.
Can I pick up the inflatables myself? No, due to safety concerns we require for our personnel to deliver our inflatables, set them up and return for pick up.
Can I use the inflatables near my pool? No, it is necessary that all inflatables be placed at least 25 feet away from any in ground or above ground pool.
